Handwoven from fine baobab, one of a kind, made by women artisans in african villages.
Manabaskets are hand woven sisal, yarn and baobab collections, sourced from women basket weaving co-operatives in Africa. When you purchase a Manabasket, 100% of the wholesale profit is given to Manasprings Inc, an Australian charity, empowering women in Kenya who care for vunerable and marginalised communities.
Tradition informs us that a basket must never be empty. It is always the carrier of not just a single story, but of many stories, holding gifts of kindness, generosity, and love. So, when taking your basket to a friend's home, carry something in it to give to the owner of the home. And, when leaving, your friend is to place something inside the basket to take with you. This way, the tradition of giving continues, and the basket carries those gifts from heart to heart, and from home to home.
Manasprings buys all of its handcrafted baskets directly from local women's weaving groups to ensure fair trade prices are paid immediately to every women. When you purchase a basket, you're helping Manasprings to care for women. In this spirit, women at the grassroots are empowered to make decisions for their own wellbeing,and for the greater good of their families and communities.

Orders placed online will be packed and sent within 24 to 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays) once confirmed availability. When your order is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow your parcel online.
Delivery times are provided as an estimate only. We will do our absolutely best to use couriers and freight companies to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner however, some delays are out of our control especially during COVID19. Ebb+Flow Boutique can not be held liable for any delay in delivery. If you have special instructions for your delivery, please note these at the time of placing your order.

Deliveries will only be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Ebb + Flow cannot accept a Post Office box address for such deliveries.
It is important that you ensure we have sufficient information for delivery of your purchases. Please be very clear with your delivery instructions for large and heavy items. If you have made multiple purchases, you may receive multiple deliveries over a number of days, depending on the stock, couriers and other circumstances. Once your purchases have been delivered, please open and inspect them as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.
DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Ebb + Flow within 48 hours of receiving the item for assessment. A replacement (if available) or store credit will be issued if the item is deemed faulty/damaged.
Please send an email with your order number and images of the damaged item/s to info@ebbflow.com.au. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to us as you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so.
We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
