FAQs
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship right around Australia and the world, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. All artwork is shipped with both insurance and signature on delivery.
Please note that shipping (and orders) will be charged in Australia dollars ($AUD) and you must contact us to arrange international shipping.
We also deliver throughout Brisbane, free of charge!
When can I expect my order?
We aim to post your order within:
- Standard Shipping: 7 business days; and
- Express Shipping: 2 business days
Please note that during times of high demand, processing times may vary.
Unfortunately, we cannot always predict shipping times or unforeseen delays.
If you require your purchase for a special occasion, please get in touch and we will try to work some magic!
What if my order was damaged in transit?
We take the upmost care when packaging your work but we know that accidents can happen.
If you find your artwork has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery.
For insurance purposes, we request that you take clear photos of both the:
- damage; and
- packaging.
Do you offer payment plans/layby?
Absolutely! We work with you to find a plab that suits you!
Simply contact us with the name/s of the work you would like to purchase.
We will then arrange a 30%* deposit to secure your purchase. Then work with you to determine the layby period and how frequently you'd like to make payments.
Once the balance of the work has been paid, your purchase will be ready for pick up or shipped to you. Please read our lay-by terms & conditions for more information.
Can I trial a work in my home?
We understand that purchasing artwork is a big decision.
If you are local, we offer free home visits. We can bring a collection of work to trial in your space.
If you aren’t a local, don’t worry! Simply get in touch with a photo of your space, and we can provide free mock-ups of how the work might look in -situ.
Do you offer returns?
We ask that you please choose your artwork carefully, as we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
We do, however, want you to be happy with your purchase. So if something isn’t working, please get in touch within 72 hours to discuss.
