  • Lightly wipe your jewellery with a jewellery cloth to remove unwanted chemicals from the surface and return the shine to your pieces.

  • To increase longevity, store in a pouch or jewellery box in a dry place away from high moisture rooms such as bathrooms.
  • Luisa Luxe jewellery can be worn in the shower however we recommend not to wear if possible and not to wear in salt water or chlorine for longevity.
  • Avoid lotions or perfumes being applied to jewellery.
  • 18k gold plated stainless steel jewellery is designed to last longer than cheaper low quality jewellery. Keep in mind that oxidisation over time occurs to all metals and is out of our control. Your jewellery must be cared for properly to lengthen its lifespan.
  • We will cover items within the 30 day warranty period for any manufacturing fault, remember that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING

Orders placed online will be packed and sent within 24 to 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays) once confirmed availability. When your order is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow your parcel online.

Delivery times are provided as an estimate only. We will do our absolutely best to use couriers and freight companies to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner however, some delays are out of our control especially during COVID19. Ebb+Flow Boutique can not be held liable for any delay in delivery. If you have special instructions for your delivery, please note these at the time of placing your order.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days of the order being received and we will contact you if there are any delays in meeting the above timeframe.

Deliveries will only be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Ebb + Flow cannot accept a Post Office box address for such deliveries.

It is important that you ensure we have sufficient information for delivery of your purchases. Please be very clear with your delivery instructions for large and heavy items. If you have made multiple purchases, you may receive multiple deliveries over a number of days, depending on the stock, couriers and other circumstances. Once your purchases have been delivered, please open and inspect them as soon as possible.

Please double check your address is correct at checkout.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Ebb + Flow within 48 hours of receiving the item for assessment. A replacement (if available) or store credit will be issued if the item is deemed faulty/damaged.

Please send an email with your order number and images of the damaged item/s to info@ebbflow.com.au. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to us as you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so.

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the current health crisis and new health laws as advised by the national health authorities we are unable to accept returns.
