Our Antiqued bronze sculptures, including this stunning mermaid in polished bronze, are made from upcycled metals melted at very high temperatures, we then use this new material to make our bronze sculptures. As bronze is a very eco and labour intensive material to mine, we feel it makes much more sense to reuse the material that has already been created than to extract it – again.
Our bronze mermaid makes a stunning accessory to any room!

Orders placed online will be packed and sent within 24 to 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays) once confirmed availability. When your order is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow your parcel online.
Delivery times are provided as an estimate only. We will do our absolutely best to use couriers and freight companies to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner however, some delays are out of our control especially during COVID19. It is important that you ensure we have sufficient information for delivery of your purchases. Please be very clear with your delivery instructions for large and heavy items. If you have made multiple purchases, you may receive multiple deliveries over a number of days, depending on the stock, couriers and other circumstances. DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Ebb + Flow within 48 hours of receiving the item for assessment. A replacement (if available) or store credit will be issued if the item is deemed faulty/damaged.
Please send an email with your order number and images of the damaged item/s to info@ebbflow.com.au. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to us as you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so.
We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
